Batam Project

Our experience in dealing with Classification Societies supported our ability to deliver this project to the customer’s satisfaction at relatively short notice.

The company recently undertook a superintendency role for the docking and damage repair of some 100T of steel repair to a dumb barge used in the Western Australian offshore industry. The docking took place in Batam, Indonesia where MML provided onsite oversight of the project. Dynamic management and decision making provided the customer with the necessary reassurance of quality, time and budgetary control. 

Our experience in dealing with Classification Societies and offshore projects of this type as well as the flexibility and agility of our operating profile, supported our ability to deliver this project to the customer’s satisfaction at relatively short notice.
